We recommend starting with a 50mg or 100mg dose. Whatever is most comfortable, and many beginners choose to start with 100mg. You can choose between Vibe Up or Calm Down, the difference being guarana. This ingredient is a natural stimulant in Vibe Up. Some people prefer no caffeine so they go with Calm Down.

You will not get “high” if you are taking a low dosage. Vibe Up 175mg have more noticeable effects, however will still allow most people to function normally.
